How's everyone doing today? I'm ok... just working. It's slow right now so I thought I'd come check the board.
It's time to share menus.. the good, the bad and the ugly!
Here's my good and ugly...
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: HB egg
Lunch: 1/2 C. chicken salad on lettuce
Snack: 1 pb cookie
Dinner: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner.. chicken, penna pasta, veggies
Snack: Protein hot chocolate

Here is my list! I am refining the reclaim your pouch thing and making it up as I go....
B~Protein drink
S~ 1 slice ham and swiss cheese rolled up...
L~ 2 slices ham and swiss cheese rolled up....
S~cashews
D~2 slices ham and cheese rollede up and 5 baby shrimp....
S~2 sf popsicles and cashews
Bedtime snack Protein drink....
I did 5 miles on the exercise bike and did the warm up on my dancing with the stars exercise video I bought today and boy do I feel it every where. My goal is now to look as good as the women do on DWTS!

Hi all! Hope everyone's Thanksgiving was great. I've been on the move with minimal amounts of sleep since last Monday! Finally moved to NY and so far loving it. I live just a few blocks from Times Square and Penn Station. It's so nice!! I'm sure I'm gonna lose some weight...all this walking! All I do is walk and walk fast because this is NY of course! My building has a really nice gym so I've heard, so I'll start visiting there soon too. Anyway...here's my menu:
B- 3 slices bacon, Light n Fit yogurt
S- Atkins Caramel Crunch bar....yum!!
L/D- went to a hot bar and got some baked chicken, broccoli and cauliflower, rice n beans, 3 BBQ chicken wings, 1 sm. garlic roll, 1 chicken tender
S- some mango pcs, 1/2 turkey n bologna cheese sammy
