How's YOUR eating the day after?

I don't know who's around but I'm posting menu's. I actually didn't eat too much yesterday. I thought I would but I did pretty good considering all the food in the house. I had more meat on my plate and just had a little bit of everything else. Breakfast: 2 slices of ham Lunch: Turkey, broccoli casserole, collard greens and deviled egg Snack: thin slice of chocolate cake Snack: deviled egg Dinner: Ham, broccoli casserole, steamed cabbage Snack: Protein hot chocolate That's it for me! Kay Who's next???

protein coffee 1/4 c breakfast taco insides and 1/2 slice pumpkin bread 1/2 order chili cheese nachos popcorn beef & shrimp fajitas, 1 tortilla, few bites beans/rice/guacamole peach pie Karla

I know I am late but I shopped all day yesterday......... I found I did th same thing lots on my plate but I just took a bite here and there, I bought a little tray of celery and carrots and baby tomatos that I munched on when I was cooking and that filled me up I also had others taste test stuff for me so I didn't have those extra bites. It was cool to at dinner I could tell if I took a bite of something if it had sugar in it and I wouldn't eat the rest. I also made a sugar free pie for myself and mil who is diabetic.
