Here's my menu:
Breakfast: 1 HB egg
Lunch: 3 grilled chicken strips and 3 cheese cubes
Snack: Handful of RF wheat thins
Snack: 1 chocolate chip cookie
Dinner: Smarts one frozen dinner.. meatloaf and asparagus
Snack: Protein shake
