Friday menu
Didn't see this before I plan on getting ready to go out so, here we go.
S- Grapes, ritz crackers
B- egg beaters, bacon
L- tuna, fat free mayo (way less cals than that light miracle whip!!), red onion, pickle
Then we really go to hell
S-chips
S- chocolate
D- chicken chil, fat free cheddar, light sour cream (first time i had chicken chili, it was amazing!!!!! great on cals, n protien n fat!)
S- sf pudding, light cool whip
Somehow even with that crap I think i did okay
1106 cals and 77g protein
20 min treadmill
1 hr walk

Breakfast: NSA oatmeal
Snack: Lite yogart
Lunch: Jr. Cheeseburger minus the top bun & 2 hot wings
Snack: Raw broccoli & carrots dipped in lite ranch
Dinner: 1.5 C. Healthy choice chicken enchilada soup
Snack: Protein hot chocolate and bananna
