Renee....5 day pouch test...

Hi Renee, I had to start the 5 day pouch test today as I am having my brother over for dinner on Sunday (he is going through a divorce) and did not think I could feed them and not eat.... so today I had 115 gr of protein 96 oz of other fluid 96 oz of water (I think I am going to float away) I had all my vitamins I walked 2.5 miles I weighed in at 150 lbs today Thats it........we can do this I know we can! wow wow wow wow!!! You did soooooooo awesome today!!! I'm so proud of you!!!!! I don't think I've EVER had that much fluid in a day haha!!! So lots of protein, lots of fluid and exercise. You got it all Hugs n stuff! Renee
