Thursday's menus! Come share!

Hi ladies and gents. We've been on a roll! I'm so happy to see everybody posting their menus. It really helps me because I can get ideas on meals, jot down my menu for accountability, and just to see what everyone else is doing. I know some don't post for embarassment...whatever! I personally don't care what you're eating...come share! I know some days I pig out and ain't even ashamed if I do so. It's apart of my journey, so I'll take it! I just want to thank everyone! B- 1 WW waffle w/RF margarine, 1 tsp. honey S- Decaf, SF, Nonfat gingerbread latte from Starbucks. Yes....it had flavor! S- protein shake L- pizza made w/LC tortilla, RF mozzarella, turkey pep, and some pizza sauce D- I made some spaghetti w/WW pasta, chicken italian sausage, artichokes and RF sauce S- If I get hungry at work later (I will!) I'm gonna try Kristi H.'s PB and FF cream cheese concoction on wheat bread Who's Next! April

Hi April, B: small bowl of frosted flakes S: protein shake S: 5 pretzels w/ some peanut butter L: who knows - I'm craving a huge sammy but i might drink another shake D: tonight I'm really going to red lobster - last night got canceled STEAK!!! yeah! Dana

Hey April I like what you said because I don't care what people are eating either! Yesterday was the first time that I was too embarassed to post my menu! I came back 3 times to post but chickened out every time. It was baaad! Today I did much better.. not perfect, but better! Here's me being accountable. Breakfast: Carb/sugar control yogart & 2 turkey sausage links Snack:Protein smoothie from smoothie king Lunch: 2 pork bbq ribs. Snack: The last peice of birthday cake. Dinner: 1/2 C. healthy choice chicken noodle soup & 1/2 a grilled cheese sammy Snack: Protein hot chocolate Thats it for me! Kay

ugh!! Bad day. Stayed in my calorie range but with crap food. a total of 151 g of carbs and only 46g of protein. B- lite yogurt S- Ritz crackers - 5 L- sandwhich - 2 slices light wheat bread, roast beef, light mayo, tomato, .5 serving chips, 2 mini pickles S-popcorn S - chips, full serving (toss'd the bag away today, I have no self control) D- Slice of stuffed pizza 1210 cals 60 mins on treadmill, going to try for another 30 mins to see if I can work off the chips and pizza. It's hard to estimate the cals on the pizza so I just guessed like 500. It had to be close to that if not over, had lots of meats and cheese and crust. One of these days I'm going to have some cals left over for dessert - ie sf pudding waiting in the fridge!!! Have a beautiful night!! Hugs n stuff, Renee
