Acountability Tuesday
Hey yall! I don't see this posted so I'm here to post! Come share!!!
Today is my birthday so I splurged a little well actually a lot.
I got a cake and a huge cookie for my birthday from friends. I had to have a little of both and I'm letting friends and family eat the rest of it.
Breakfast: 1 pancake w/ SF syrup, 2 strips of bacon
Lunch: 2 small bbq pork ribs
Snack: Piece of my cookie
Dinner: 1 taco, few bites of spanish rice and 1/4 c. refried beans
Snack: Birthday cake, 1 scoop of NSA butter pecan ice cream.
Snack #2: More of my cookie and 1/2 scoop of NSA ice cream
Not enough water and not 1 vitamin

Happy Birthday!!! Hope it's a great one! I've been trying to finish up this stupid testing for this new job. It's sooo stupid! But i'm almost done. Here's my menu:
Lean Cuisine Steak n Broccoli
Luna Bar
8 oz. NSA French Vanilla Milk 1%
2 slices Whole Grain Cinnamon Toast (100 cals per slice!)
3 oz. meatloaf w/BBQ sauce, fried cabbage, 1/4c. mashed taters
I'm hungry now but I might just go for some SF pudding...
