Wow!!!
okay so the pills really work ??? I knew about them but wasn't sure if they would. I'll have to get some just to get me through the 5 day diet pouch thingy. I normally don't do protein shakes any other time (and don't want to start it up normally again) and I never drink milk so it should work great!!! thank you!!!
Hugs!
Renee
You are definately not alone. But only you can make the changes nessecary to get back on track.. I gained approximately 30 pounds back, now I am takeing the steps to take at least 20 back off. I would really like to lose all 30, but everyone said I looked sick at that weight. One of the things I have done is to start a local support group. Not only will it help others, but me as well. If there is anything that I can do to help you, just let me know.

Hey Renee!!!
It is a psymtomatic (speling???) problem now here at this group... I went up 15 pounds few months ago. I went to my nutritionist and sticked really hard to the new diet. I am also in constant therapy to manage anxiety, and depression. I have found that the poor managing of them will put you in really bad position to deffend youself against you bad food habits...
I have came back to my optimal weight and I have mantained it for several weeks (7 to be accurate). The result of it is that I am hearing my mother saying me each time I see her that I am deadly skinny!!! LOL!!! She loved to see me with 15 pound more over me, but I hated it!!!
Best Regards
Alejandro from Guadalajara Mexico
Congrats on taking it off and keeping it off!!! It just amazes me how many people LIKE you put on some weight! I almost think that's why no one has said anything to me about it!!! I'm thinking about doing the therapy thing, I just keep putting it off. It totally is emotional eating and stress and stress and more stress!!! I just read an article yesterday that emotional eaters are the ones that lose less weight than other dieters and gain the most back. Nice! I also wonder how much of it has to do with the 'honeymoon' phase being over right about now. They say around 18-24 mos it ends.
Hey Renee:
Welcome back! It is so great to see you! Yes, so many of us are struggling a great deal right now! I, too, am up from my lowest of 163 (I weigh 169.9 right now). It is causing a serious depression in me because, when I try on new clothes now, I feel like the tens are just barely fitting me. I was never close to a 6 but I was fairly close to a size 8. Now that seems like a world away again. I am terrified that I am going to end up at 293 again!!
So, yes, I feel your pain. But I KNOW we can do it! If you want to do the Reset Your Pouch diet the Monday after Thanksgiving, let me know. We can do it together!
Love and hugs,
Thanks!!! I know how it is for the clothes! It's so messed up! It took me forever to walk to the right size clothes instead of the big ones at first... now I go for the smaller size and they don't fit! I saved my jeans in 8's and even some 10's. I must have knew that eventually....... At least you're being a very good girl and nipping it in the bud now instead of waiting to have to lose 20 lbs like I do. I know this is bad but when I was going up I would just kind of skip breakfast and lunch then just eat dinner for a few days and I'd be right where I belong. I have to admit I tried that the last few days and not much happened. I think the honeymoon period is most definely over!!! I'm trying to cut down now on what I'm eating until I try that pouch test thing. No way I could go from what I do now into liquids! Someone would probably get killed!!! haha It's so great chatting with you again
