Mom's a loser!

I just got the call from my stepfather that my mom's surgery went very well, they were able to do it laproscopically, and she is now in recovery. I was there with her this morning and she was very pleased with all the wonderful posts to her support page, thank you very much to those of you that cared and took the time to wish her luck, it means a lot to me too! I was happy to find out when I got back home this morning that BOTH my classes were cancelled today, so I am heading up to see her in about an hour when she will be out of recovery. Thanks everyone! I just talked to her today and she is doing well, not having much pain, still feeling sleepy and drinking, but VERY slowly.....ahhh, remember those days??? Karyn
