Monday's Eating
Hey yall
I don't see this posted so I'll jump in. Straight to the point.. food!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: HB egg
Lunch: 3 flank steak strips, 1/4 c. pork fried rice
Snack: Small peice of birthday cake (no icing).. bday is tomorrow. I had to have a little.
Dinner: Baked BBQ chicken leg, 1/4 c. pino beans and few grilled asparagus spears
Snack: Protein hot chocolate

Oh no! I posted this earlier, but I must not have submitted or something. Oh well! Happy Birthday, Kay if I don't get a chance to post tomorrow. Doing anything interesting???
B- 1 slice whole grain cinnamon bread, 1 sm. chicken drum
L- 3 oz. meatloaf, 1/4c. mashed taters, 1/4c. fried cabbage
S- 42g New Whey vial
S- Mocha Latte Atkins shake...yum!
D- 3 oz. meatloaf, 1/4c. fried cabbage, few tbsp. okra & tomatoes

2 oz grilled chicken breast
1 hard boiled egg...just the white

D: 4 oz tuna (dry)
1/2 cup chick peas
1 dill pickle spear
S: Protein shake
