Hey yall I don't see this posted so I'll jump in. Straight to the point.. food! Breakfast: Protein shake Snack: HB egg Lunch: 3 flank steak strips, 1/4 c. pork fried rice Snack: Small peice of birthday cake (no icing).. bday is tomorrow. I had to have a little. Dinner: Baked BBQ chicken leg, 1/4 c. pino beans and few grilled asparagus spears Snack: Protein hot chocolate G'night, Kay

@ list-o-grub. I was thinking of counting calories too! My weight was much for stable when I did becasue I tried to stay at 1000 calories. I'll start Wednesday... I'll be eating too much tomorrow That's a shame that I am planning on eating bad on my birthday!
