Good evening ladies and gents I don't see this posted so I'll jump in!! It's FRIDAY I'm so ready for this day to be over. It's slowww at the hospital and I'm going crazy right now. It's time to be accountable for what you put in your mouth so come share! Here's me being accountable. Pre Breakfast: Protein hot chocolate Breakfast: 2 ham & cheese roll up's and few bites of NSA diced peaches Snack: 1 hard boiled egg Lunch: Italian Turkey sausage link and 1/2 c. broccoli n cheese Snack: Pure protein bar Dinner: Lean cuisine frozen dinner.. chicken, veggies and wheat pasta Snack: Protein shake and bananna That's it for me. Vitamins good and water great!! Have a great weekend Kay

Sorry Kay... I mean to say "you behaved".... my mistake... LOL!!! Here is me accounable: I am sticking to my commitment!!! 5 days down 2 to go!!! as Chriss said: B: 2 taco of beans and fresh cheese with coffee and skimmed milk. S: Yoghurt Sugar free and strawberrys L: Lean beef with steammed vegetables and melted cheese S: D: Steammed veggies with ragu sauce with melted cheese and beans... Water: Good enough... OK, so here's me being accountable. I was clearly stressed today and it has showed in my eating. B: slice of whole grain bread with 1 tsp. PB mixed with cream cheese (I think this was Kristi's suggestion and it's awesome!). 1 slice of bacon S: Handful of cashews L: AchieveOne protein drink S: 1 mini bag of popcorn S: 1 snack bag of Bugles D: 3 oz. veggie black bean soup, snack bag of mini rice cakes Water: not enough Vitamins: not yet It'll be a better day tomorrow! Good evening everyone........Here is me being accountable!!! B~~Protein coffee L~~small chili with cheese from wendys S~~small banana D~~ham sandwich and small mandarin oranges......... S~~100 cal three musketeer, 1 fun sized box of jr mints and gum I have an addiction to gum! all my water........ No vitamins........ No actual exercise.... Have a good weekend! Hugs, Chris

WOW.....its been a LONGGGGG day. Im working a 16 hour shift @ the hospital. Today its keeping my menu on track. B: coffee and protein shake L: protein bar with peanut butter D: tilipia......yum!!! Have a great weekend guys! kristi
