Thursday's Eatin'
Work was crazy so I didn't post but I'm sharing anyway. I like to be accountable!! I hope everyone had a good eating day!
Breakfast: 2 ham and cheese roll up's.
Lunch: Tuna salad, raw carrots sticks and broccoli
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Snack: 1/3 of a lemon pepper baked chicken breast. my roommate likes to cook and I like to taste! LOL
Dinner: Grilled pork chop and 1/2 c. broccoli n cheese
Snack: Protein hot chocolate and bananna

I am still sticking to my commitment!!! it is not easy, but I feel sooooo proud of my self!!!
B: 1 mollete (Half a piece of bread with beans and cheese melted in the oven) with mexican sauce (tomato, onion, and hot peppers). Coffee with splenda and skimmed milk.
S: Papaya and water melon...
L: Maji Maji (kind of fish) prepared with steammed vegetables and letuce salad with tomato. No dressing.
S:
D: Steammed vegetables (coliflowers, brocolli, squash, carrots, onion, fresh mushrooms,) and cheese inside of aluminium envelope and 15 minutes in the oven.
Water: 3 lts...
Perhaps too much coffee... I neet to drink less caffeine... LOL
