How is everyone today? I'm ok. Work is slow again today so I'll post menu's.
I appreciate everyone posting yesterday and hope yall share again tonight!
It's all about being Accountable!
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: 1 baked chicken thigh.. leftovers and didn't feel like cooking
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Lunch: Lite yogart sprinkled w/ granola and 1 ham & cheese roll up.
Snack: Handful of RF wheat thins and 2 bites of beef stew (tasting friends cooking)
Dinner: Lean Cuisine dinner.. chicken, wheat pasta and veggies
Snack: Protein shake
Good on vitamins and water.

I'm probably going to get smacked for posting my menu today but here it is:

that's it.
I'm drinking some coffee now...I'm stuck at wor****il 9pm then I have to be back here at 6am tomorrow. They have a vending machine here but I'm not touching that crap with a 10 foot pole!!!
****for anyone interested....Kristi and I came up with "DA BOMB Protein Shake" Here's how to make it:
8oz FF skim milk
1 tray of ice
1 scoop protein powder
2 tablespoons SF Chocolate Syrup
8oz chilled coffee
Splenda to taste
Put all in a blender...it makes A LOT!! And the facts are GREAT:
Cals: 181
Fat: 1.5
Carbs: 13
Pro: 29
Of course you can use water in place of the milk and shave off 91 cals and 11 carbs...but you would also loose 9 grams of protein

shake with whey protein and soy milk
5 soy meatballs with red sauce
2 payday snack size candy bars
chicken from a rotisserie, 3 cubes of egg whites and a dollop of FF cream cheese w/chives
I need to get back into the swing of a profect first thing in the AM, I dont eat at much real food......

B- 1 oat n honey english muffin: 1 half w/LF margarine, other half w/FF cream cheese and slice of ham
S- 1/4 of Dunkin Donut RF blueberry muffin
L- 3 buffalo bites, some chili w/2 tbsp. rice
S- sm. bag of chips
S- 2 bites of mac n cheese, some italian wedding soup (broth), few handfuls of white cheddar popcorn
D- 1 pork chop, 1/4c. of that damned rice again!, broccolim 1 oatmeal cookie to top off din din
I'm done! I need to down a protein vial and that's about it.

It's late but I am still playing!!!:
I am still behaving... I am sticking to my commitment. No gargage food, no sugar, no triggering food.
B: One taco with beans and mexican cheese, coffee with splenda and milk
S: One sandwich with fresh cheese, tomato, onion, vegetables
L: Sushi with salmon, cucumber and cheese. Vegetables juice
S:
D: Steammed vegetables with ragú sauce, fresh cheese and beans. Water melon (plenty), 1 peace of bread
Water: 4 liters (almost a galon) not counting coffe or vegetables juice.
Good evening everyone.....I am playing today too.....

L~~tuna fish sandwich and cottage cheese..........
S~~ handful cashews, handful candy corn it is all gone now
D~~2 small bites of roast..........one brussel sprout..........small helping of sweet potato's and 3 tablespoons applesauce 1/2 cheese and garlic biscuit.
S~~protein coffee with 2 scoops of protein 46gr
sf pumpkin fluff with 1.5 graham crackers......
walked 2 miles.....
vitamins done
great on water.
