Hiya Ladies and Gents
How is everyone doing today? I'm good and the weather is beautiful! I got a second at work so I'm here to post menu's. I hope you don't mind, April!
So come be accountable for what your eating today!!
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: 2 HB eggs
Snack: 1 HB egg
Lunch: 1 turkey italian sausage link and lite yogart
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Dinner: Grilled pork chop n onions and salad
Dinner: Protein shake and If I'm hungry, I'll have a ham & cheese roll up. I am starving when I get off at night.
I have been doing horrible with water but today I'm drinking away!!

Hi all. Hope all were trying to keep warm today. Was a bit nippy outside! Except for Alejandro..he's in sunny Mexico! I met an old friend and went shopping today..again. I need to go back to work! All I do is shop when I'm not working..go figure! Anyway, I bought some size 6's today!!! I was thrilled! But it's funny because I'm anywhere from a 6-10. Depends on how the clothes are cut. I'm curvy and got a big booty! But I love my curves, so I'm okay with 'em. Anyway..on to food. I had a couple of treats tonight. Certainly not gonna beat myself over it...it was okay.
B- 1/2 chicken italian sausage, Light n Fit yogurt
L- 1/2 sausage, 3/4c. WW spaghetti, few pcs. artichoke hearts, lite sauce
S- Smoothie King low carb banana smoothie
D- chicken teriyaki, some fried rice, steamed veggies...so good!!
S- 4 mini brownies (v. small), 4 mini cookies
S- 1 med banana, 2 spoonfuls chili, 2 spoonfuls stuffing (taste testing!)

I'm going to try to post to this thread daily so I can be more accountable for my eating.
B: protein shake, 1/2 HB egg
Snack: 4 apple slices w/ some peanut butter
L: 1/3 low carb pita w/ 1 oz. turkey breast, 1 SF fudgcicle
Snack: 1 mini bag popcorn
Dinner: 3 shrimp, 1/4 c. butternut squash, 1"x3" piece of garlic cheese bread
Snack/Dessert: 1 SF choc. mint pudding cup

I have done my part today!!! no triggering food, no sugars, no treats... just wonderful, healthy, tasty nutritional food!!!
Here I go...
B: two quesadillas (it's a taco with tortilla and fresh mexican cheese, low in carbs high in protein) Coffe with no fat milk.
S: Papaya en Water Melon (plenty!!! lol)
L: Soup with vegetables, Pork (No fat) with beans and steamed vegetables, fresh home made pineapple juice with splenda.

D: Vegeteables with ragú sauce and beans and fresh cheese...
water: 3 liter
