It's Monday! Whatcha eatin?!
Wow...everyone was MIA this weekend! Where was everyone??? The good thing is that our board is up and moving again. It's so nice to see faces I haven't seen in awhile! Hope we keep it up! My day has been so-so. Everything hurts...my back, my neck, my boobs! I think I was just doin too much. I dunno. I'm ready to go to bed already! Anyhoo...here's what I had;
B- 1 scram egg w/cheese, 3 slices bacon, few bites of oatmeal
S- 1 banana
L- 2 oz. roast beef, 1/4c. rice, 1/4c. broccoli
D- I'll be having some chicken soon and still have broccoli left
S- I'll throw in a shake later...i have a new recipe!

B: 2 cheese and beans tacos (very healthy tacos) 2 cups of sugarless late with no fat milk
S: half of turkey and veggies sanwich
L: Chicken mexican made (Chipotle) and veggies and beans with natural pineapple splenda punch.

Hey April! I had a great weekend! Spent time with my daughter most of the time and went out dancing one night! Today is good, just cold as hell. Had lunch with the friend then walked to mall. Now I'm working.
Here's today's menu..
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: About 1/2 c. chinese chicken and broccoli and steamed shrimp
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh & pinto's
Snack: Protein shake

It seems like everyone takes the weekend off from the board, but comes back on Monday morning, just like a job, but this is way more fun.

L~1/4 cup gabanzo beans 1oz white chedder cheese
S~cookie and some peanut M&M's
D~don't have the slightest idea yet, so unless someone around here comes up with something else, I will probably hav gabanzo beans.

Ok I will play along maybe all week....I went away this weekend and met up with Karyn at a casino in Syracuse, NY....Karyn looks awesome and is just his itty bitty thing....
Today I had

L~~shrimp with ****tail sauce
D~~chicken with ham and cheese rolled in it and one spoon of rice and a couple bites of broccoli....
S~~more protein coffee 46 gr and a couple handfuls of cashews!
if I get hungry I will try yogurt.....
