Monday weigh in for BLC (week 2)
OK, I found the original post, so I'm going to join in 1 week late.
Current weight (on Monday, 11/5): 149.6
Goal weight: 138
The lowest I've been is 141. I've always wanted to be in the 130's, so that would be my ultimate goal. I know I've replaced some of my hard earned muscle with fat due to my lack of exercise over the last 4 months. So, I think I really need to get into the 130's to look the way I did at 141-143. Of course, I also need to get my butt back to the gym!!

I'm glad you chose to join in with us. It seems to me that for the majority we are trying to lose weight that we had already lost at one point that has creeped back into our lives again. The good thing is that we are all in a place that we can kick this thing in the butt before it becomes a major issue like 2 years ago.
