Monday weigh in for BLC (week 2)
Ok, Im coming out of "lurker" mode to join in on this little venture. Recently, due to some health issues, my surgeon told me to gain up to 195. Well, Im completely miserable being close to that weight. Nothing fits, I feel bloated, I think I look huge! My goal for this 8 week journey is to get back to 175. And to do it a healthy way (hopefully).
Last week: 193.8
Today: 190.2
*I have missed you guys and Im going to try to get on OH more often. But honestly, Im never online much anymore. I did update my profile the other day thou.

Welcome back Kristi! Stop in once in awhile! Just had a question for ya...if your doc wants you to GAIN weight, but you'd like to be 20 lbs. below where he wants you...is that safe for you? 20 lbs. is a big difference, especially if he's asking you to gain. Just check in with him before you become a loser girl! Good luck!

You are proof postive that having muscle is so much better than...well, NOT having it!
You and I are the same height. I weigh about 12 lbs LESS than you and I am a firm size 10. Even at my lowest, 163, I was not even close to a size 6!! BUMMER.
MUST start exercising (on top of eating right, yada yada).

Yeah...I guess it is because you were 162 lbs of muscle and I was (and am) all flab! I am still kicking myself for not beginning an exercise program right after I had my surgery. I know it is better late than never but I would have been so much better off had I started sooner!
