I was just thinking...
I was entering stuff into Fitday and was looking at my calorie intake for the day so far and it's only 1 p.m. I was already halfway there..trying to do 1000-1200 cals a day. I remember a time I was struggling to get to 700-800 cals a day and now I'm struggling to keep it BELOW 1200! What a life we lead in a years time! For those who count calories, how many do you usually get in a days time???

I have no idea how many calories I take in ? My Dr wants me to concentrate on protien and very little sugar and very little fat so as long as the label says below 3 sugar and below 3 fat and Sugar isn't in the first 10 ingredients I can eat it. I also have to get in at least 57 protiens and 64 water a day.
