Friday's Eatin'
Hey peeps! It's Friday This week has gone by so slowww!!!
My day was good. I slept til 11, went to Target to get Kristina a sweatshirt for tonight because she is going to the fair then went to lunch with a friend at Buffalo wild wings. Now I'm here working til 11:30!
Ok it's time to be accountable for what you have had to eat today! Good, bad and ugly!
Breakfast~ Nothing
Lunch~ 4 hot wings, 2 motz sticks and 1/2 a side salad
Snack~ Slim Fast protein bar
Dinner~ Ham, cheese, lettuce, onion, ff mayo in a LC wheat wrap & raw broccoli and carrots w/ lite ranch.
Snack~ Going to a late movie when I get off. Probably have some popcorn.

1/3 leftover grilled cheese and turkey made with protein bread and LF cheeses
6 small mozz balls and some cherry tomatoes; 1/4 white bean salad; 1/3 turkey sausage
whey shake with soy milk
another whey shake with soy milk
2 slices turkey with 2T LF cream cheese and 2 slices dill pickle, wrapped up
Have some turkey meatballs and red sauce for later. What would they be without some LF shredded cheese on them???
Friday was my "pigout" day but I really didn't pig out too much. I wasn't that hungry all day, so I didn't eat the greatest of things but I didn't much at all of them either.
The Atkins Cafe Mocha lattes are VERY good. Never tried the Achieve One and I won't now that I've heard a couple bad reviews! But the Atkins are great. Gonna pick up some today!
April
