Friday's Eatin'
Hey peeps! It's Friday
This week has gone by so slowww!!!
My day was good. I slept til 11, went to Target to get Kristina a sweatshirt for tonight because she is going to the fair then went to lunch with a friend at Buffalo wild wings. Now I'm here working til 11:30!
Ok it's time to be accountable for what you have had to eat today! Good, bad and ugly!
Breakfast~ Nothing
Lunch~ 4 hot wings, 2 motz sticks and 1/2 a side salad
Snack~ Slim Fast protein bar
Dinner~ Ham, cheese, lettuce, onion, ff mayo in a LC wheat wrap & raw broccoli and carrots w/ lite ranch.
Snack~ Going to a late movie when I get off. Probably have some popcorn.

Friday was my "pigout" day but I really didn't pig out too much. I wasn't that hungry all day, so I didn't eat the greatest of things but I didn't much at all of them either.
The Atkins Cafe Mocha lattes are VERY good. Never tried the Achieve One and I won't now that I've heard a couple bad reviews! But the Atkins are great. Gonna pick up some today!
