I feel the need to do this again....
It seems to me that I'm not the only one that allowed some pounds to creep back into my life. For me personally I know that it is from snacking on simple carbohydrates and slacking in my exercise regimen. I do exercise almost daily because of my job...but NOTHING like I used to.
I looked at my profile on here the other day and I was so discusted at what I saw. I have a pic on there from 10/16/06 and I weighed 8 pounds LESS than I do now. I know, I know...it's normal to gain back a little weight but I'm not happy with how I look/feel right now. I keep going back and forth with the same 6 or 7 pounds and it's driving me nuts!!!
SO...I was thinking...who's game for another bout of "The Biggest Loser WLS Edition"? Just a friendly "competition" (I don't even want to use that word)...maybe more like a group motivation. We'll all be winners in the end but only one will have bragging rights! lol
I'd like to start ASAP...maybe Monday. YOU IN???
