Friday's Eating
Hey Ladies! I am on my way to Atlanta til Monday and wanted to post my menu before I left. My friends and I decided to take a last minute trip!
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled w/ ham and cheese
Snack: Pure protein bar and few grapes
Lunch: ham, cheese,lettuce and mustard in a low carb wheat wrap and lite yogart
Snack: 2 mini chocolate donuts
Dinner: On the way to wild wings before we get on the road. I always have the buffalo chicken salad.
Snack: I got cashews, a power crunch bar , grapes and yogart packed for our ride. I'm trying to do good so I can splurge this weekend.
