Menu Time! Mine Sucks!
Hey.. It's time to share menu's. Share what you have had today. The good the bad and the ugly. All I wanted to do today is snack! It's crazy. For the past 2 weeks, I have noticed that I don't stay full as long as I use to! I hate this! A lady that had surgery 2.5 years ago, came in for hernia repair and a revision to tighten the pouch back up. I want a revision! Would anyone ever have one if needed?
Ok here's my food
Pre B~ Slim fast protein bar.. woke up very early
B~ Adkins shake
S#1- 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham rolled up
S#2- 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham rolled up
S#3- Carb/Surgar control yogart
L~ 1 1/2 slices of thin crust cheese pizza (minus the crust if that matters)
S#1-Pure protein bar
S#2- Handful of RF wheat thins
S#3- Grapes
D~ Grilled pork chop w/ onions & Raw broccoli w/ lite ranch
S~ Protein shake

Hi Kay,
No reason to be ashamed!! You ate pretty well today, certainly much less than any non WLS person trying to diet and being very limited. I am in a snacking mood, too. I fill up and am then hungry an hour or so later. we need to have confidence in what we eat!!!
almost 2 eggs with pinch shredded LF cheese
shake with soy milk
chicken from a can, shredded up with pinches of shredded zuccini, carrott, onion, egg whites, pickle, red cabbage - some LF ranch and miracle whip lite
another shake with soy milk; had 6 shots decaf espressso at this point and got a headache
1 1/2 chicken thighs in curry sauce with 1/3 c lentils. YUM!
I am going to have a glass of red wine tonite.
Kay...hush! You ate all good things! I didn't see a slice of cake, double cheeseburger, large fries, milkshake anywhere on that menu. Sometimes we get snacky moods. I gravitate towards the cake, fries, burgers when I get snacky. If that's what you call bad on your menu, mines must be deplorable! Don't be so hard on yourself, girl. It's okay!

B: couple handfuls of corn flakes (no milk)
L: 3 egg whites, one slice of hot pepper cheese
S: Snickers low carb bar
S: Adkins enduldge peanut chew thing
S: handful of pretzels, 3 snack size hersey bars
D: 3oz NY strip steaks
S: 2 slices of hot pepper cheese on whole wheat bread
S: 1 cup popcorn
SEE!!!!! If THAT doesn't make your day look great I don't know what will!!! lol
