Hump Day Menu!
Hey Ladies
Work is calm right now so I'll post menu's. I hope everyone is having a great day!
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: Adkins Cafe Shake.. yummy
Lunch: Cambells Chicken noodle soup at hand & Bananna
Snack: Cashews
Dinner: Smarts one's frozen dinner.. Meatloaf and asparagus
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Water: not so on track
Exercise: Not sure I know how to get this on track

Hi Kay!!
Ok...I'm totally hiding my face in shame here but:
B: Small piece of birthday cake (made me ILL!!!), coffee with skim milk an splenda
L: Sandwich made with 100% whole grain bread, 2 slices of hot pepper cheese, 3 slices of BBQ chicken breast deli meat
D: 2 handfuls of whole wheat pretzels with 2 teaspoons PB
S: 3 russel stover SF chocolate candies
good on water
forgot vitamins
working in the gym as I type this but have YET to workout! lol
