Roll Call ~The Clothing Issue~

Good morning! How is everyone? I am okay...still eating poorly so I need to get that under control. We have put my son back on Singulair and Pulmacort and that seems to be keeping his symptoms under control (I wish they would go away completely!). Other than that, I am just completely in love with him and still so thankful that he is back home with me! So...here is today's roll call. Questions are courtesy of Miss Tiffers... 1. Do you find that it is easier to buy clothes now that you are smaller? 2. Is there anything you used to wear that you would not be caught dead in now? 3. What are your favorite clothing stores? 4. Here are my responses... 1. Do you find that it is easier to buy clothes now that you are smaller? ~ You know...this is a mixed answer. Yes, it is much easier because I can get anything off the rack from pretty much any store. However, the choices are now overwhelming! Before I did not have a lot of options so, in some ways, that was easier. However, let the record state that I would take THIS over less options any day! 2. Is there anything you used to wear that you would not be caught dead in now? ~ Yes...anything oversized/baggy/faded/ripped. I used to run local errands in ripped, faded, humongous sweats...ones that I had probably SLEPT in the night before. Now I find loose/baggy/ripped clothing anathema and would not be caught dead in it. 3. What are your favorite clothing stores? ~ I love New York & Company and The Gap the *******so like INC from Macy's. My favorite denim jacket is from Eddie Bauer but I just bought brown cords from them and they make me look rather hippy. 4. Have you adopted a new style? If so, what it is? ~ I do not really have one particular style. In the fall/winter, I tend to favor black slacks and turtleneck sweaters...so that is my preppy business look. But I also love empire waist shirts with plunging necklines and floaty sleeves paired with short skirts so that is my romantic-bordering-on-hoochie look. If I had to label my look with one word I would simply say that I am stylish. 5. What is the sexiest thing you have worn in the last few months? ~ Uh...French Maid costume, anyone! Have a great day!! Good Morning, I am heading out the door in a few minutes to a Women's Bible Study. It is a great place of fellowship and I get 2 hours of adult converstaion and free child care. What could be better? 1. Do you find that it is easier to buy clothes now that you are smaller? NO, I have this crazy huge baby fat roll on top of the panni I already had. I just asked my sis if she would like to join my club. It is the BIG GUT AND BUTT CLUB 2. Is there anything you used to wear that you would not be caught dead in now? Well, they all would be very big but the style would still suit me today. 3. What are your favorite clothing stores? Ross ~ cheap but good brands 4. Have you adopted a new style? If so, what it is? I am just a plain jane kinds girl - today is jeans, t-shirt with a sweater over it. 5. What is the sexiest thing you have worn in the last few months? Hey Jersey glad the little one is feeling better. Must be loads of stress off you... 1. Do you find that it is easier to buy clothes now that you are smaller? Yes it is much easier to shop now. 2. Is there anything you used to wear that you would not be caught dead in now? I don't wear extremely loose tops anymore. 3. What are your favorite clothing stores? Abercrombie for jeans other than that I am pretty easy... 4. Have you adopted a new style? If so, what it is? My kids say my clothing is younger looking. 5. Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday, 1. Do you find that it is easier to buy clothes now that you are smaller? Yes and it seems there is such a variety now. 2. Is there anything you used to wear that you would not be caught dead in now? A size 3X t-shirt or those draw string waist pants 3. What are your favorite clothing stores? Abercrome & Fitch & American Eagle and Lucky for casual clothes and Macy's or Norstrom for work clothes. I also buy work pants at Traget they have this professional kakhi in black, brown and tan in size 2 that fits very nice everywhere else I buy dress slacks they bag in the behind. 4. Have you adopted a new style? If so, what it is? I have always worn black pumps, black pants and a black blouse to work these days still the black on bottom ocassionally brown or tan however I wear different colored tops and have even bought some skirts and enjoyed wearing them without looking like the side of a barn as my husband said 20 years ago when I quit wearing skirts. 5. 1. Do you find that it is easier to buy clothes now that you are smaller? Not really. There are more choices , but I was always able to find what I wanted to wear. 2. Is there anything you used to wear that you would not be caught dead in now? Not really. I always took pride in what I looked like. There were always days that I felt and dressed like a slob and there still are. I upgraded the packageing but the product inside stayed prime merchadise. 3. What are your favorite clothing stores? I shop the same stores and still look for quality bargains. 4. Have you adopted a new style? If so, what it is? I'm still me. There are days that I am jeans and t-shirts and days that I am dressed to nines, and days that I am hottie-hottie, and other days that I am professional. Just like always 5. Happy Hump Day!! 1. Do you find that it is easier to buy clothes now that you are smaller? Yes, I am trying to buy more outfits rather than individual pieces. I am afraid of jeans, there are just sooo many brands and places to shop. 2. Is there anything you used to wear that you would not be caught dead in now? Those baggy moo-moo shirts. Any pant with elastic. Grandma panties. 3. What are your favorite clothing stores? I am still figuring this out which is why I asked...need your insight. Ann Taylor and Talbot treat me well. Macy's. Chicos. 4. Have you adopted a new style? If so, what it is? Much more cleavage. I've been told I dress for 30 rather than 40. Anything showing off my waist and now it's all about a flat tummy. I cant wait for the high cut shirts next summer. 5. What is the sexiest thing you have worn in the last few months? I found this black/white polka dot skirt, with tights and heels....and a low cut black top. I get approached everytime I wear it. Even better is when I add lacy black things underneath.

1.Sometimes for some reason my top is bigger then the bottoms the skin roll around the middel is a pain anymore,and I have the worst habit of buying to big still. 2.I dont wear sweats hardly at all any more and I have gotten rid of anything stained or tht holes in it long ago. 3.Ross and Walmart are were I go alot but any where that has nice clothes I like I will shop 4.Well I have always been a jeans and tshirt girl but could not get into them for so long I wore 501's for the first time in 20 yrs the other day. 5.The sexiest thing I have worn are probably my under clothes I have a thing about buying new bras and underwear all the time now,especially with my new man.
