ATKINS ADVANTAGE CAFE MOCHA SHAKE
I have the same daily habit/expense. One way I found to reduce costs....buy a bottle of the SF syrup, your own milk/soy milk, and then from SB, a quad espresso. This lasts me 2-3 shakes and I make my own, same taste. And only a third of the cost.
I have found that explosions can occur if protein powder is shaken into hot coffee and there is not enough space in the cup.
I'll try this shake, always looking for something new. Hopefully it is in plastic as I cant stand drinking from metal bottles.
It is in a steel can, I recycled my starbucks cup from the previous day, at the office we have an ice machine that makes the little icesquares like starbucks so I just filled it with that and added the can and drank with the straw it was good.
Ok so its only $2.25 however if I am going to drink a protien shake I wi**** had more than 15 grams of protien, by just drinking my regular latte I get 14 grams of protien, whats killing me about that is they fill me up so I have noticed I get one on the way to the office and one on the way home that is $8.32 a day thats $250.00 a month and I would rather have a new pair of coach shoes or clothing or something instead of coffee chocked full of sf syrup that has who knows what in it ? you know what I mean ?
HAVE A GREAT DAY

Try to make the lattes yourself to save some $$ and increase the protein. I find that a venti latte with soy milk has 8g of protein, just from the soy milk. I add in a scoop of powder which is another 25g of protein.
So now I buy the bottle of SF syrup which has about 30 servings for $7. I buy milk by the gallon and for a quad decaf espresso it's only $2.75 which I can carry over 3 days of shakes. So I figure my per shake cost is coming down to $2 or less.
