Happy Monday!
Wow...the board was extreeeemmmely slow this weekend! Guess everyone had some exciting things to do. Hope the week has started out well for everyone. Nothing too exciting on my end. I go in for my breast augmentation this Thursday. I wasn't too nervous but I'm getting there! I had a dream I had my surgery but they still looked the same! I wonder what all that was about! Anyhoo, just wanted to post my menu. I can't work out for 3+ weeks (which I'm bummed about), so I really gotta watch my eating. Here's my menu:
B- 1 scram egg w/cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice WW toast w/LF cream cheese
L- 1 turkey wing, 1/4c. okra & tomatoes, 1/4c. butter potatoes
S- I'll have a shake before I head off to work
D- I packed a salad w/FF mozzarella, turkey pepperoni
Exercise: ran for 20mins., BodyCombat 45 mins.
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 52 oz. so far....

Hey April! It's been crazy in the hospital today and just decided to calm down a little.
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: NSA oatmeal w/ 6 oz cc milk
Snack: few bites of friends smoked turkey leg
Lunch: 2 slices of roast pork and about 1/4 c. shredded bbq pork
Snack: 100 calorie pack of cheese nips & 1 dum dum
Dinner: ham, cheese, lettuce, onion, ff mayo wrapped in a LC wrap and raw broccoli dipped in lite ranch
Snack: Protein shake
Water: very good
Vitamins: on track

Someone bought this huge basket to work today to say "thanks" for taking care of their dad. I called him the devil because it was full of junk. I didn't plan on having that 100 cal. pack or crackers earlier or the 100 calorie pack of oreo's I just ate!!!
Why cant I just say NO!!!!!
So I'm adding the oreo's!!!!
