Thursday's Eatin'
Howdy Peeps I'm at work bored right now so I'm here to post since I got a few minutes to spare. I had a busy morning. Kristina was out of school this morning so we did some running around to get ready for her party/sleep over Saturday.
Ok, on to food! Come share what you have had today. I've been slacking with the protein lately and feel tired because of it. Today I did better!
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Pure protein bar
Lunch:Beef jerky, cheese stick and 2 pretzel rods..
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Dinner: chicken wrap..low carb wheat wrap, grilled chicken breast, RF cheese, red onions, lettuce and ff mayo & Few peices of raw broccoli dipped in lite ranch
Snack: Lite yogart and bananna
Water: behind but I'm working on it now.
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: don't wanna talk about it.

Hey Kay...I'm trying to do better today, too. Yesterday I ate like crap. I don't know what came over me.
I've had all liquids so far today.
24 oz.
1 c LF buttermilk
2 c SF coffee
AchievOne Cappucino
2 c SF Chai Latte
20 oz. water
16 oz. chicken broth
16 oz. protein drink made w/ choc. mootopia
don't know what else. May eat tomato soup (that's technically a liquid) when I get home from Ben's football game, which I need to leave for in a few minutes!
exercise: rode bike, 100 sit ups, arm wt. workout
liquids: 120 oz. so far, more to go
vitamins: done
protein: 70 plus soup milk and soup protein, maybe protein coffee before bed!

Howdy Peeps
1/4 remaining of grilled cheese/turkey sandwich
2 eggs with pinch cheese - minus a few bites which the dog got....
few bites chicken and peas salad; 1/2 tsp PB and small box raisins
whey shake with soy milk
1/3 chicken breast wtih pesto sauce, slice parm cheese
few pieces of the Starbucks SF banana cake (which still has 325 per slice BUT 4g protein)
I sense another grilled cheese on protein break further down tonite's menu...I have enough ingredients for one more and tomorrow I leave for Denver....
