Hump Day Menu
Happy Hump Day Work is slow right now and I thought I'd do Menu's while I got a few minutes. I hope you don't mind, April!

B~ Adkins shake .. yummy!
S~ 3 mini bananna nut muffins
L~ Taco salad
S~ Cashews
D~ South beach diet frozen dinner.. chicken and broccoli
S~ Protein shake and bananna
Vitamins and water: on track
Exercise: um, no!

The new Atkins shakes are very good! For some reason, they taste better drinking through a straw. Yeah...I use straws! Not my best eating day by any means...had a lot on my mind. Here's the bad and even more bad!
Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli
Light N Fit yogurt, 5 multigrain saltines
Sausage biscuit from McD's
1 choc frosted Donut from Dunkin D's
Light Babybel cheese snack, some pretzel goldfish
Spaghetti w/italian sausage, some salad
I had to go to the gym and work those calories off! I did!
On to the next day...

L~1/2 cup chili with cheese,sm piece of ginger cheesecake
S~ice cream cone.
D~ Chicken thigh, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1 oz polish sausage. 1/4 cup jello.(we went to Loup River Inn for buffet)
Vit and fluids on track
Exercise, just work and running around doing errands for other people.
