Tuesday's Tasties!
Hello all. Hope everyone has been having a great day. Nothing exciting to report here. Did some house chores this morning, went to the gym, and now in bed about to nap before I head off to work! Anyhoo, here's my menu:
B- 3/4c. LF cottage cheese, sliced strawberries
S- handful goldfish
L- 3 oz. baked chicken, 1/4c. rice/gravy, some salad
S- I'll have a shake before I head off to work
D- I packed some mahi mahi and some veggies w/alfredo sauce
Exercise: 45 mins. STEP, ran for 15 mins.
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 38 oz. so far...I need to pick it up!

slice protein bread with a bit of butter, 2 slices roasted turkey
2 turkey meatballs with red sauce. 2 SF milano cookies, few bits of a leftover peas
whey shake
dinner - dunno. I feel like ordering in, my food in the fridge is boring and all leftovers.
taking an extra multi today, feeling run down.
exercise? 4 more weeks of sabbatical, althought I am starting to feel like my body is regressing.....i am walking a bit at night and that's good.

Hey April Today is Kristina's 12th birthday so I took the day off to have dinner with her and the family.
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: Nada
Lunch: 2 grilled chicken wings and raw broccoli dipped n ranch
Dinner: Taco salad.. lettuce, cheese, hamburger, red onions, kidney beans, corn, salsa, sour cream and few tortillia chips
Snack: Small peice of ice cream cake .. sooo good but I know the GAS is gonna take over!
I'll probably have a protein shake later on this evening since I ate an early dinner.

A day late, but here goes:
1 c LF buttermilk
1 piece Quiche Lorraine
protein coffee
pork chops in wine sauce & Russell Stover's SF protein bar
trail mix
1 c LF buttermilk
1 pork fajita taco and some potatoes
trail mix
exercise: nada...slept 30 minutes later
liquids: at least 120 oz.
vitamins: done
protein: not near enough today
