Hi all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. My weekend was a blast. Saw people I hadn't seen in a few years and even met some new ones I didn't know in college. I was sad for it to end! Along with the fun came the lack of sleep! I can say the lack of sleep was for exercise! On Saturday, I didn't get in until 4 am and had to be at this BodyCombat class at 9:30am. Then Sunday I slept from 5:30-7:30a then had to do a breast cancer walk. I'm pooped so I slept in today. But on to food...here's what I had: B- protein coffee L- bite of Snickers LC Marathon bar...yuck! slice of banana bread, chicken drum w/ salad D- not sure yet...I haven't really been hungry today for some reason Exercise: 45 mins. in BodyCombat, 20 mins on stairclimber Vitamins: none yet Fluids: 26 oz. so far.... April

Hey April: I am eating crap, crap and more crap (my day is kinda sucking)... I had a breakfast burrito from McD's (which is actually not as bad as it sounds)... I had 3 oz. of chicken for lunch with a small bag of FF pretzels... Then I kinda killed the day because I had a 100 cal. pack of Lorna Doones, 4 Nutter Butters, a mini Kit Kat AND four Twizzlers (which I feel sick from). Tonight I am making bolognese...yum! Hey April My weekend was fun too! 2 of my best friends contacted me and we went out and have so much fun together. I'm smaller than both of them and they were totally amazed! Today was a typical Monday.. laundry, grocery shopping and cleaning house. B~ 2 med. HB eggs S~ Pk. of hot peanuts L~ Power crunch bar and carb/sugar control yogart S~ raw broccoli w/ ff ranch and about 6 candy corns D~ Lean Cuisine frozen dinner.. chicken, pasta and veggies. I ate dinner kinda early tonight and work is slow so now I just wanna snack. Not because I'm hungry. I'm adding this to the menu... ~ Few peices of deer jerky .. sooo good. ~ Handful of cashews. I'm drinking on water and propel til I get out of here to refrain from grazing like a cow. Kay

I had a busy weekend too. Here's what I had to eat today: 1 c LF buttermilk 1 small slice quiche lorraine protein coffee few bites trail mix pork chop protein drink mexican meat/rice casserole rode my bike this morning, drank plenty of liquids, took vitamins, and have had 95 or so g protein. Karla
