Friday's eating

I don't see this posted, so I'm here to share. I hope everyone is doing ok. I'm good.
Breakfast: 2 medium eggs and turkey sausage link.
Snack: 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
Lunch: Pure protein bar
Snack: small pack of cashews
Dinner: 6 inch turkey sub from subway.. I didn't eat the top bread.
Snack: yogart sprinkled w/ protein granola
That's it for me!

B: slice protein bread with a bit of butter, 2 slices turkey bacon
L: few bites of chicken salad with veggies, half bean quesadilla leaving most of the tortilla
S: 5-6 bites of chicken salad with veggies
whey shake with soy milk
S: slice protein bread with 1/2 LF muenster cheese and 2 slices turkey bacon
D: 2/3 BK double cheese burger with barely any of the top bun.
That protein bread is really good, I got it at Trader Joe's. It's like Ezekiel, all sprouted grains and beans. 5g protein and barely any carbs and I feel sooo full. I pulled my toaster out of the cabinet and it's been a yummy change.
I think I am having a glass of red wine tonite.....
