Thursday Menu's
I don't see this posted so I'll step in! I hope everyone is having a nice day.
I'll get straight to the point, Food.
Breakfast: 2 tbsp. of peanut butter on 1 slice of wheat toast
Snack: carb/sugar control yogart sprinkled w/ protein granola
Lunch: Turkey sausage link and pinto beans
Snack: 5 yogart covered pretzels
Dinner: South beach frozen dinner.. Chicken caprese & broccoli
Snack: protein shake and banana
Water and vitamins on track

Hi Kay. I slept all day so my day went very well! The rain helped too. Nothing exciting here. Tomorrow starts the homecoming weekend, so I'll probably be MIA for a couple of days. Here's my menu!
Lean Cuisine Lemon Chicken, ate about 2 tbsp brown rice
sm. cup Rice Krispies w/ LF milk
1/4c. cottage cheese, sliced strawberries
4 chicken meatballs, some broccoli
2c. lite popcorn, 1 pc. ham jerky, way too much trail mix over the period of 2 hrs

Hey Kay:
Man...can't believe I am joining in this post. I was a perfect protein girl for two days prior but yesterday was BAAAAD.
Breakfast: 1/2 salt bagel smothered with Temptee cream cheese. 3 strawberries.
Snack: A mini-Twizzler (the tiny ones they give out on Halloween) that I snagged from my boss' desk.
Lunch: A snack wrap from McD's and a handful of fries.
Snack: 100-Cal pack Lorna Doones.
Dinner: My leftover sandwich (1/2) from Cheesecake Factory (shrimp and avocado).
Snack: 6...count 'em, SIX pieces of Halloween chocolate. Why I bought it this early is anyone's guess!
I am SOOO LUCKY I did not gain weight today. I am thanking my lucky stars!
