What's for Wednesday?
Hi all! Hope everyone's day is going well even though we're only halfway through it. It's quite early, but I just wanted to post since I'll be laying down to take a nap soon. Gotta go to work...again. I have 4 more shifts to go! Anyhoo, here's my menu:
B- 1 1/2 scram eggs w/cheese, 1 lite sausage link, 1/2 pc. WW toast w/RF margarine
S- Lite popcorn
L- 5 buffalo bites w/salad and RF blue cheese drsg
S- I'll have a shake before I head off to work
D- I packed 4 chicken meatballs, some broccoli w/butter sauce
vitamins: need Calcium
Fluids: only 16 oz. so far...
Exercise: none today

Hey April...glad the middle of the week is here. I had a long day of 10 ARD meetings at school today...thank heavens it's over.
HEre's what I ate today:
1 c LF buttermilk
AchievOne Cappucino
Chili w/ pinto beans and cheese
trail mix
protein drink
not sure for supper
I've had 108 oz. liquids w/more to go
taken all vitamins
exercised by riding bike this morning
had 75 g protein, not counting supper
