Tuesday's Eating
It's late and I don't see this posted. Let's get straight to the point... Food!!
Come share the good, the bad and the ugly.
Here's my good and ugly ..
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Baked Chicken leg quarter and few bites of mashed potatoe's
Snack: Very small peice of birthday cake.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and raw broccoli dipped in lite ranch
Snack: protein shake
Water and vitamins.. on track

It's been another long, hard day and will be tomorrow too. This is a busy week for me. Here's what I ate today:
1 c LF buttermilk
AchievOne Cappucino
Chili w/ pinto beans/cheese and some trail mix
1 c LF buttermilk
protein coffee
1/2 Chicken Cordon Bleu and baked sweet potato
took vitamins, exercised, drank lots of liquids, and have had plenty of protein!

Hi ladies! Nothing too exciting on my end. I just keep yawning because I certainly didn't get enough sleep after work this morning. The rain woke me up! Other than that, did some winter clothes shopping...sometimes I think it was easier shopping at Lane Bryant! Anyway, here's my menu:
Lean Cuisine Turkey cutlets, stuffing, and whipped sweet potatos..ate 1/2 the potatos
1/2c. cottage cheese, 1/2c. sliced strawberries, 2 saltines
banana, 8 turkey pepperoni, LF Babybel cheese
slice of cheese, 5 multigrain saltines, light n fit yogurt
chicken teriyaki, cooked mixed veggies, lil bit of fried rice from Japanese restaurant

I am totally with you all.....in the plus section you had a distinct choice and that was that. Now...so many stores and styles. I am working to incorporate more chic and funky clothing into my wardrobe - and am finding crap for big bucks. I was always style conscious and still cling to the point that one or two key pieces go further than a bunch of cheap items.
Why do I have 6 pairs of black pants in my closet?????? Most of them with the tags still on????
not doing so well today.....cant even remember what I ate, it was soooo boring.

Chicken salad I made the other day with onion, peas, etc....
morning star mushroom and mozzarella bites, ate 4
whey shake with soy milk, not into it, missed one yesterday, too.
3 more of the mush bites and put on them some goat cheese, had a slice of turkey deli meat
2 g red wine, dinner meeting....
steak salad....the steak was tough and i dunked it in ranch dressing, ate 3 small chunks cut into tiny pieces. ate mostly the tomatoes and the beets. And 2 small slices of thin bread (mostly crust) with butter, this was my indulgence. They made me take home the leftovers, OMG, I'll have food for a week.....GARBAGE. Funny, 2 years ago I would have polished it all off... how times have changed!!!
