It's the end of a long, hard day. Gonna go take a shower, put on my jammies and do some hand sewing on a Christmas stocking for a friend while I watch tV. I'm pooped today. Also, here in TX it's still hotter than Haides. I'm ready for cold, or at least cooler weather. On the menu: 1 c LF buttermilk protein coffee trail mix Chicken breast, baked Powercrunch bar 1/2 c SF lemon pudding/cake BBQ beef liquids: 104 oz. already, more to go vitamins: done protein: 90+ grams exercise: rode bike this morning, did 100 sit ups and arm wt. workout Karla 337/183/165

Hey Karla I had a good day.. nothing exciting. Breakfast: 2 strips of bacon, 1 egg w/ cheese and 1 slice of wheat toast Lunch: Thick grilled pork chop with onions and hot sauce Snack: 5 yogart covered pretzels Dinner: 1/2 C. chicken noodle soup and small garden salad w/ lite ranch Snack: Protein shake Water: good today actually Vitamins: not so good Exercise: G'night, Kay

Hi all. I had my preop appt. for my breast augmentation..went well! Everythings a go for Oct. 25th! Other than that, slept and headed off to work and walked into a black cloud here. Everyone's pt. was on the verge of dying at the same time! we got my lady back so I got my eyes on her! Anyway, here's what i had: B- nada L- 1/4c. WW noodles, 3 italian sausages chunks S- sm. order BK onion rings D-Smart Ones salisbury steak w/asparagus S- 1/4c. trail mix april
