Friday's Feeding..into the Weekend
How was your week? Hope it was a full of good eating and fun times. Since the board is so slow on weekends, I titled this Friday/weekend in case we dont get a string going on either Saturday or Sunday....then we can just post here to keep us accountable.
Here's my menu for today to start things off....
profect
half bean/chicken quesadilla without most of the tortilla, bite of LF cream cheese
whey shake with soy milk
leftover turkey meatloaf with 5 small LF mozarella balls in pesto
3/4 double cheeseburger from BK with just barely any bun, about 10 fries
I got a tootsie roll when I donated to the MS collector, eyeing it up.....I bet it will taste really yummy.
Water and vits - on schedule
exercise - what?????

Hey Tiff..
Here is my Sat. and Sun. menu...
Sat:
Breakfast: 1 hb egg, 1 sausage patty and corned beef hash.. too much fat =
Lunch: Pure protein bar
Snack: Protein smoothie from planet smoothie
Dinner: 2 steak taco's
1 cold beer later on.
Sun:
My mom, daughter and I went to the hispanic festivle and i ate a lot!
Breakfast: None
Lunch: 1 beef tamale, 1 plantain empanada, few bites each of spanish rice and refried beans. few bites of smoked turkey leg, few bites of funnel cake, few peices of spicy flank steak cooked in salsa, 1 huge spicy shrimp and on the way home, I had 1/2 a strawberry smoothie. ... WOW! That was eaten between the hours of 12:30 and 5
Dinner: Too dang full to eat. I'll have a protein shake if I want something later.
That's it for me. Thanks for doing this Tiff. This helps me be accountable on the weekends too! Even if I did eat like a pig today. LOL

I am not really into food today. I had
profect, 230am
egg with 2 slices bacon 5am (not sleeping these days)
l: cobb salad with ranch dressing during a dud lunch date....
d: most of a chicken and cheese quesadilla, about 5 pieces of a super garlic-y bow tie pasta
Need a protein shake, otherwise, I'll be searching for something at 2am again.
Feeling a little less swollen but more sore today.

Friday I had to leave too early for an out of town football game. Here's what I ate Saturday:
1 c LF buttermilk
protein coffee
soy protein chips and pecans
protein drink
Russell Stover's SF protein bar and pecans
baked chicken breast
1 c LF buttermilk and some more pecans
1 Tbsp. peanut butter and some raisins
exercise was cleaning house, doing laundry, and wrapping presents. I took my vitamins, and drank lots of fluids.
