Watcha Eatin on Thursday?
Hey Ladies!! It's almost Friday It's been raining for the past two days here so I really haven't been doing anything interesting... just being lazy!!!
Work is slowwww right now so I thought I'd take a second to do the menu post.
Breakfast: Italian turkey sausage link & carb/sugar control yogart
Snack: too many pretzels
Lunch:Tomato/Basil tuna Kit & 1/2 a bananna
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart
Dinner: South beach frozen dinner.. chicken caprese & broccoli
Snack: Protein shake or I'm i'm hungry, I'll eat nsa oatmeal
vitamins: on track
Water: bad
Exercise: nope

whey shake with soy milk
2/3 angus beef burger with a yummy mayo/mustard mix; crust from slice of bread with some butter
3 g chardonnay
Nibbles from passed hors d'oeuvres, mostly these chicken rollups (breast meat, not fried)
the meat and some veggies from a subway club salad
