Hump Day Menu
Hiya ladies
I just got to work at 3:00 and it's slow so I here checking the board. Since this is not posted yet, I'll do it. I know it's early so I hope you don't mind, April.
My day went good. It has been raining all day so I slept all morning.
B~ 1 bananna, 1 tbsp. of peanut butter, handful of cashews.. didn't know what I wanted so I walked in the kitchen 3 times and that's what I ended up having.
L~ Sweet Italian turkey sausage link and Lite yogart
S~ 1 oz cashews and few pretzels
D~ Steak and salad
S~ Protein shake
Water: not so good
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: don't wanna talk about it. lol

Hey Kay...glad you posted. I have to post as much as I can to be more accountable for what I'm eating. It's helped this week, though. I've already taken off 2.5 lbs. I need to get back to my lowest pt. Shouldn't take too long I hope. I had watched about 10 lbs. slowly creep on, but knew I wouldn't let it go past an upper limit wt. I set.
Here's what I had today:
1 c LF buttermilk
protein coffee
3/4 c trail mix
1 c LF buttermilk
1 shrimp enchilada
protein coffee
exercise: did it this morning
vitamins: done
liquids: 128 oz.
protein: 90 grams

2 slices turkey, 1/2 slice LF cheese
whey shake
salad with slice of turkey meatloaf and cheese mixed in
quarter of a bean quesadilla, pulled off most of tortilla; glass of wine
water and vits - yep
exercise - on sabbatical - moving around much better in the last day, however.
