Tuesday's Tasties! Whatcha havin??
Hi all! Hope everyone has had an uneventful day thus far. I didn't do much today. Slept in a little late hten went to the gym. I just ate lunch...I was starving! I have to work tonight, so I'm posting early. I had a fatty lunch so I gotta watch myself for the rest of the day. I bought this new creamer for my coffee...vanilla caramel brownie. Tastes just like a brownie! It's not SF/FF so I'll just have to watch myself with it! Makes good protein coffees! Anyway...here's my menu:
B- 1/2c. LF cottage cheese, mandarin oranges, 2 slices bacon
L- 1 single serve Freschetta Ultra Thin crust cheese pizza (all the calories and fat!), side salad w/FF mozzarella and LF drsg
S- I'll have some protein coffee while going to work
D- I packed my mahi mahi my dad made and a sm. salad
That's it for me!!! Hopefully I'll be under 1100 cals, but I worked out too so hopefully that'll help.
Exercise: 30 mins. on elliptical, 40 mins. weights
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 32 oz. so far...

whey shake with soy milk
Boca breakfast burrito with half of the tortilla
Dunno about dinner. Going to the grocery after work, have not shopped in over 2 weeks and my food is gone, I need something different.......and am feeling like salad.
I am SWOLLEN from the surgery, too. Yesterday I went to put on a pair of pants and they - and all my pants - are TIGHT. I've not had that horrible feeling in years, ya remember, the one where suddenly your clothes are too small. It's water weight, I know...I know....but it's making me crazy! I thought after all this that I'd be much smaller from the onset, now I know that was delusional. But ahead....sigh.
Water and Vits - on schedule
Exercise - on sabbatical, took a slow walk around the block this morning.
Hey gals...here's what I had to eat today:
1 c LF buttermilk
protein coffee
SF yogurt
Powercrunch bar
3 Tbsp. cashews
1.5 c LF buttermilk
lima beans and a few soy chips
cottage cheese w/ meat sauce, mozz. cheese, and some egg, baked (lasagna w/o noodles)
Protein coffee if I need it.
Had more than enough liquids, exercised, and took all vitamins.
