I am so glad it's October - it's my favorite month....especially since it's the month for Halloween
I read all of your 'food posts' and I'm so bummed...............since I have been so BAD today..........

Exercise - 4 mile walk

Fluids - 75 oz.
I really fell off the wagon today with the cheese pizza squares - it called to me....many times and I 'answered' it..........thank god, there is tomorrow....
