It's Monday! How are you and whatcha eatin!
Hi all! The board hasn't moved at all today I believe. I guess people are recuperating from the weekend. Yes...September has come and gone. I like October! It's the epitome of fall. All I need to do now is get my winter clothes out of storage! Nothing new on my end. I worked all weekend so just sat around all day and laid in bed. It felt nice! I'm thinking of taking a spinning class at my gym. I'm so scared for some reason! I just wanna try something new, and when I move to NY I'm planning on taking salsa lessons. Gotta keep my body moving! Anyhoo...just wanted to see how everyone was and wanted to post my menu. How are you and post yours!!
B- mini-bagel w/LF cream cheese, sm. slice of ham, 1/2 banana
S- shake, few goldfish, other 1/2 banana before 2 hr. workout!
L- baked chicken drumstick, 1/2c. fried cabbage, less than 1/4c. rice
D- I'll have a Lean Cuisine for dinner
S- Don't know yet...some season premieres coming on so I'll need a snack!
Exercise- 25 mins. on elliptical, 45 mins. at BodyCombat, 25 mins. stairclimber
Vitamins- done
Fluids- 32 oz. so far...

Boy is the board dead today I just got home. I did a day of beauty Had my hair colored and cut and got a pedicure. Now I wanted to check in and see what's going on here and the answer is, "Not much"
Anyway, not much on the food list for me so far:
Breakfast was cottage cheese and strawberries
Lunch my Isopure and Hoods Chocolate shake
That's it for me so far. Dinner will probably be a green salad with a pack of Tuna Creations on top.

Hiya Apri and everyone
I'm doing ok. Nothing exciting to report. I did laundry, went grocery shopping at walmart then just relaxed around the house til work.
Work is sooo slow right now.
Here's my menu:
B- Leftover T-bone steak and onions
S- Peanuts and 1 mini chocolate donut
L-Healthy choice french bread pizza
S- 5 saltine crackers and 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
D- Cube steak and salad.. cheese, raw broccoli, red onions and lite ranch.
S- protein shake & banana
water-ok
vitamins- on track

Hey April...I gotta get back to being accountable for what I eat, otherwise it's way too easy to eat extra carbs/sweets! I love your new avatar...you're skinny AND gorgeous!
Here's what I had today:
liquids...liquids...liquids...I'm doing protein drinks/water/milk all day. Gotta get back on track.
I've had my vitamins, exercised, had plenty of protein!
