Hi all. Hope you had a great humpday! It's Wednesday already! I can't believe it. Time just goes by too fast. So on my second day of back to basics (again), and so far, so good even though it's very early in the game. I bought a new protein powder and it's soooo good! The flavor is vanilla ice cream, and it tastes just like vanilla ice cream! I think I might start substituting a shake for a meal 2-3 times a wk. I just really want to rid myself of 10-15 lbs. The part of working at it and seeing results is what makes me feel good. I'll keep ya posted! Here's my menu: B- 3/4 chicken/turkey chorizo sausage, Light n Fit yogurt L- chicken caesar salad w/ polenta croutons on WW wrap. Ate 1/2 the wrap, a small handful of homemade chips, and a glass of champagne S- vanilla shake D- i'll have some grilled fish my mom made and I'll heat up some spinach S- probably have some yogurt or mandarin oranges Exercise: 1 hr. at gym doing cardid, going for a 3 mile run/walk a little later Vitamins: need calcium and B12 Fluids: 48 oz. so far.... April

B~nada S~ 1/2 cup chicken noodle soup, mostly chicken and broth L~1/2 cup chicken salad and 1/2 boiled egg S~ice cream cone D~Beef and beans S~probably protein yogurt or protein shake. Fluids doin good Vitamins are in Exercise Hazel

Hey girl Happy hump day. I cant believe that it's wed. already! Time flies! My day has been typical except I moved out of my mom's house.. I just could not take the name calling anymore. She has never approved of my lifestyle and I'm over that but I wish she could keep her comments to herself. Anyway, other than my drama, I'm ok. Here's my menu: Breakfast: 1/2 bagel w/ ff cream cheese & Italian turkey sausage link Snack: Big handful of RF cheeseitz Lunch: NSA oatmeal made w/ water Snack: grapes Dinner: 4 hot wings and salad.. red onions, bacon bits, raw broccoli, cheese & lite italian Snack: Protein hot chocolate That's it for me!! Great with water today, vitamins on track and bad on exercise! Kay

profect 2 eggs (almost) with 2 slices turkey bacon and a pinch of LF shredded cheese 3 slices LF canadian bacon with LF cream cheese, rolled up (Visit to surgeon, got incision bandages off and the drains pulled!!!!) whey shake with soy milk chicken from a roaster i bought large oatmeal raisin cookie from starbucks glass red wine all water and vitamins on beloved exercise sabbatical.... LOL. I did some good walking today, my surgeon's office just moved to this great shopping mall. Oh, and I tried on pants yesterday. The 10's fit but are clunky with that binder thingy. I dont see a 6 at all and my thighs are certainly not a 6 - or an 8. I'll be wearing baggy 12's for awhile with the binder. We did pull the binder an inch tighter than last week so I have hope. have not lost a darn pound, either, but trying to ignore that!
