We all need to do nice things for ourselves every day. So what did you do for yourself? Me, I joined a bible study. We are going to be studying boundries and breaking bonds. Think I need that? Hope you are all taking care of yourselves. Hazel

This is a good question - and one that I really had to think about. Like many of us, I get caught in the 'doing something for everyone else; but leaving myself last' mentality. However, I did do two things yesterday just for 'me. I went to my chiropractor and had my nick and shoulders worked on. My stress level is astronomical at work right now and my neck and shoulders suffer the 'most when I'm stressed. Dr. Steve know just how to rub and massage them to remove the stress and then adjusts them so I feel immensely 'lighter'. I would love to clone him and sit him on my dresser - LOL The second thing I did was started to put up my Halloween decorations in my office. I LOVE HALLOWEEN and can't wait to get out my witches. I try to add something 'new' every year and this year is my black tree with lights and ornaments and my lighted witch's hat. Hazel, thanks for the reminder to do things for 'ourselves'............I needed it Rose from PA

Hazel, this is a great post! Today, I slept in! I hardly ever sleep in on my days off. I sat around a bit and then went to the gym for a good workout. After that, I wasn't so tired anymore. Ever since vacation, lethargy has been upon me! Next week, maybe i'll go to the spa..... April
