Tuesday's Menu! Come Share!
Hi all. Back from vacation! Had a blast once again. It was 6 of us this time, and I never like traveling in big groups of girls but we really had a good time. I wore two bikinis this time! My body doesn't look any bigger in pics, but for some reason I feel bigger! My mind is playing tricks on me big time. But I'm still gonna try and lose maybe another 10-15lbs (once again!). The same 10-15lbs. I've been trying to lose for months! We'll see. I'm thinking about trying Weigh****chers as well. Anyway, here's my menu, share yours!
B- 1 scram egg w/RF cheese, 2 lite sausage links, 1/2 pc. WW toast
L- 3 hot wings, 1 rib
S- I'll have a shake in a bit before dinner
D- my mom's making cube steak, so I'll have that and some salad
I need some cheese or a shake for another snack..we'll see
Exercise: ran for 15 mins., 45 mins STEP class, worked w/trainer 1 hr.
Vitamins: I need 'em!
Fluids: 32 ounces so far

welcome back, glad to hear you had a great trip. While you were gone I put some serious work towards my bikini body! The mind does still play tricks, its hard to over come that.....
Here's my eating for today, I am supposedly headed downtown for a reception but the skies just opened up with some super intense rain. Hmmmmm.

Nibbles - few bites cottage cheese, slice cantelope, few cubes of tofu, 2 marninated mushrooms
whey shake with soy milk
chicken from the roaster I bought last night, bit of spagetti squash
snack: 4 slices LF canadian bacon with LF cheese muenster.
At the reception I will have some of whatever looks good/nutritious and probably a glass or two of red wine.
water - on track
vits - time to go take some more
exercise - enjoying my 6 week sabbatical!!!

Welcome back, April glad you had a great time!
I'm work and it has been busy, busy, busy!!!
Here's my food for today...
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled w/ ham and cheese & 1 slice of wheat toast
Lunch: 4 blue crab, 4 huge shrimp and 1/2 a small red potato
Snack: 100 calorie pack of wheat thins
Dinner: 3 hot wings and salad.. cheese, raw broccoli, sf seeds, red onion and lite ranch
Snack: Protein shake
Water: ok
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: um, no

I'd just like to edit my menu a bit:
I had 4 PB crackers a little while after lunch
2c. popcorn because dinner was late
for a late dinner I had healthy chinese food! 4 steamed shrimp w/ 1/2c. steamed mixed veggies, 1/4c. rice, and maybe about 2 tbsp. sauce
gonna have some milk before bed!
