Monday's Munchies
Hiya ladies
It's that time where we are accountable for what we put in our mouth! Come share the good, the bad and the ugly. I hope everyone has had a great day!!!
Here's my good and bad.
Breakfast: 4 strips of turkey bacon & wheat toast w/ NSA jam
Snack: small sugar cookie
Lunch: Baked chicken breast with grilled onions, 1/4 c. mashed potato's
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart w/ 2 tbsp. of bare naked granola
Dinner: Broiled shrimp, crablegs, sausage, chicken, .. what we call frog more stew!
Snack: Nothing.. i'm stuffed from dinner
Vitamins: done
Water: ok
Exercise: work?

Hey Hazel - are you getting enough protein? Maybe adding a shake into your day will help boost your energy, especially as you are treated for the west nile and rocking in your exercise group. I bet that will get your weight going down, too.....
