Sunday Supper
Hey ladies
How's everyone doing? I'm good! Since this has not been posted, I'll do it...
B~ 2 HB eggs
L~ Grilled cheese sammy on wheat
S~ kids size ff/nsa frozen yogart
D~ 2 baked chicken wings, steamed broccoli and few broiled shrimp
S~ 4 fresh strawberries
S~ Pure protein bar
That's it for me.. who else wants to share?

I will share the good the bad and the ugly.....
Today I had coffee protein as I do everyday.....
egg salad with lite mayo
7 swedish fish
1/2 cup of chili with cheese
3 small crackers
1 bite of french bread
handful of cashews and chipped a tooth....
32 oz of water but will try to finish 32 more oz
no exercise but had all vitamins....
