morningstar farm nugget and few bites of cottage cheese
1/2 piece banana SF cake from Starbucks
lentils and cheese
whey shake and soy milk
1/2 black bean and chicken quesadilla
Not sure what I am having for dinner. I need something 'tasty' - I've eaten basic stuff all week and want a taste experience. I also need to have another profect later tonite.
Today I talked with the surgeon at length about my NEED for certain protein levels and what happens if I dont get it. (and apologized to the Fellow for being so RUDE when I demanded food on Tuesday morning!). He basically said YEP and reinforced how important it is to monitor this, not only to keep my weight in line but also the chemical and hormanal balances....not to mention being able to sleep. Speaking of that, I just had a great afternoon nap.....

Day 3 of RYP for me....
coffee protein 46 gr
small cottage cheese
Small can of already mixed tuna fish with onions and celery
more cottage cheese
3 slices crab meat
3 very thin turkey slices
1/2 c sf jello
2 chocolate/banana pudding pops
Now that I write it down it sounds like I ate like a pig.....
All vitamins
64 oz water
20 oz diet iced tea
walked 2.2 miles

I'm a day late but i'm being accountable for my HORRIBLE menu!
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: shrimp and broccoli and 1/2 an egg roll
Snack: small bag of cheetos
Dinner: Shrimp and broccoli
Snack: mini bag of plain M&M's
Snack: 2 ice cold beers
Snack: picked broccoli out of shrimp and broccoli leftovers when I got home.
