Hiya Ladies Happy ALMOST Friday
How is everyone doing today? I'm great! I'm working right now and had a few minutes to come check the board. My eating today is soooo off! I usually would say, "Oh well, tomorrow I will do better" but tomorrow is Friday. I never do good on Fridays... I'm just keeping it real!
Anyway, come share! The good, the bad and the ugly. Be accountable!
Here's to me being accountable
Breakfast: 1 wheat toast w/ 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter on it & bananna
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart
Snack: Another bananna
Lunch: 4 saltine crackers w/ 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter on them
Snack: 100 calorie pk. of beef jerky
Snack: NSA berry applesauce cup.. i don't even like applesauce but this was good.
Dinner: 1 Fried chicken wing & Raw broccoli dipped in lite ranch
Snack: If I want anything, I'll have a protein shake
If anything changes, I'll come back

3 morningstar farm scramble nuggets and a few bites LF cottage cheese
lentils with cheese, 1/2 salad (shredded carrot, egg white, peas, LF ranch, shredded zuccini)
whey shake with soy milk
1/2c SF starbucks brownie icecream (5g protein)
lentils, mushrooms and cheese
might have another shake to keep protein up
yesterday I was a little energizer bunny, doing all kinds of things and even felt I could walk home from the chiropractor. I got 3 blocks and realized what a BAD idea that was. My sister screamed at me that I was 48 hours post-op, what the heck - yada, ya. She make me take a pain pill to relax and relax I've been doing - I slept 15 hours last night and had a 4 hour nap today. So not eating too much......
