Watcha Eating on Wed.
Ok, it's late but I'm posting anyway in case someone else wants to be accountable like I am.
Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon and 1 slice of wheat toast
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: 1/2 a ham and cheese sammy w/ lettuce, red onion and mustard
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh and Broccoli n cheese and 1/2 a oatmeal raisin cookie
Snack: Protein shake
Water: no so good
Vitamins: done
Exercise: ha ha ha

Hi Kay, I waited all evening to post on this topic, not wanting to step on anyones toes....
I have been on all liquids today, trying to do the RYP thing......
Protein coffee 40gr
Protein cappuccino 40gr
90 oz water,
Isopure protein 40 gr....
I did have 2 popsicles and one bite of pork, I was brave and made dinner again but did not eat it.....I tried my chicken recipe for last week but substituted pork instead. Rave reveiws again.....
I walked again over 2 miles and had all vitamins.....HUGS, CHRIS

What is RYP?
I ate pretty well today and I feel good.
Breakfast: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 orange and a string cheese
Lunch: 1 apple and a string cheese
Dinner: 1 roast beef taco
Fluids: Lots and lots
Meds: bedtome is all that's left
Exercise: alright, not as much as I should.. probably make me less depressed, will try tomorrow.
