Tuesday's Menu
Howdy peeps
I am posting early because I had a not so healthy breakfast which means i have to be good for the rest of the day. I looked up the calories for it and almost passed out.. lol I've planned it out and writing it all down helps me stick to a plan.
Here it is..
B~ Sausage,egg and cheees biscuit from BK
L~ Protein shake and small bananna
S~ Carb/Sugar control yogart
D~ Italian Turkey sausage link & Salad
S~ Pure protein bar
Who else is gonna share??

Meds: done
Here is my LAST cheat day, I threw away the rest of the pizza too much of a temptation for me. I went to the store and got some cottage cheese and yogurt to get more protein and I am going to start doing protein drinks to help.

2 pc crab meat with a bit of melted margerine.....
6 (like and sandwich) crackers with peanut butter with sf apple butter
small amount of salad, 2 breadsticks and shrimp, scallups and mussells at olive garden with 3 bites of chocolate birthday cake......
1/2 graham cracker smore.....
100 oz water
all vitamins and walked 2.2 miles....
